Corporate Headshots and Team Photography for Brownfield Solutions
Following a recommendation, Brownfield Solutions approached us to capture professional headshots of their team across their two offices in Northwich and Bromsgrove. With staff spread across both locations, bringing everyone together in one place wasn't practical, so we developed a flexible approach that allowed us to visit each office individually. Taking our mobile studio setup on the road, we were able to create consistent, professional headshots while keeping disruption to the working day to a minimum.
Alongside the studio-style portraits, we also ventured outside each office to capture additional headshots against more interesting local backdrops, giving Brownfield Solutions a varied collection of images to use across their website, social media and wider company communications. Following the initial visits, we returned to Northwich to photograph the remaining team members and capture the company's new fleet, extending the shoot to cover more of the business.
One of the highlights was capturing the team's 'hobby headshots'. Although the idea came from Brownfield Solutions rather than us, it was a brilliant addition to the project and brought a more personal, light-hearted element to the photography. We spent much of the day trying to guess everyone's hobbies, making it a fun way to show the personalities behind the business. The final collection combines professional corporate portraits with more creative, characterful imagery, giving Brownfield Solutions a versatile set of photographs that showcases both the team and the company.
